We know hiring processes can seem overwhelming, but we don’t want you to feel overwhelmed. We want all candidates, from entry-level to leadership, to feel welcomed by us.

In order to build strong teams, we know that we need a diversity of perspectives and experiences, and a fair hiring process is the first step in getting there.

Application Process

Before you apply

Before you start applying, take some time to ask yourself what you are passionate about and apply according to your passion not necessarily your skills.

Apply online

Using the link on each job posting, tell us who you are, what you do, and where you’d like to be. Then start looking at some of the listings that match.

1. Interview

We enjoy interviewing and take it seriously, as this is our chance to get to know you. Our process is meant to be friendly, warm, and give you the opportunity to get to know us.

2. Interview

During the second interview, we take our time and normally spend two hours talking the role through. Also, we like to introduce a tests to get to know you better.

Decision/Offer

Here both parties take time to consider if we want to proceed with one another. If we both agree, we will start negotiating the contract.

Job start

There is scheduled a week's introduction program for all newcomers and we plan for individual training during the first 12 months of your job with us.

Yes, we always get back to you if you have applied for a job online. If you haven’t heard from us in two months about an application, we likely proceeded with other candidates for that particular role. However, our recruiters might reach out if we find a different potential match for your skills, interests, and experience.

Yes, you can apply for more than one role at once, though we recommend narrowing your choices down to a few jobs that truly match your skills, experience, and interests. 

Our job descriptions will include any application deadlines. For most of our openings, we accept applications on a rolling basis, and we encourage you to apply sooner rather than later.

We recommend you going through our Career page and the About us page. Also, we always appreciate you asking us questions about the role, the manager, the culture and being open about how you see the fit.

Yes, you do have to speak at least good English to join us. We work with clients and colleagues from all around the world and most of the time, we use English to communicate with them.
