LS Retail and Dynamicweb enter strategic partnership within e-commerce

Consumers have raised the bar when it comes to the omni-channel retail experience. True omni-channel experiences require more than a shopping cart and a retail POS – they require tight integration between systems, which is the reason why LS Retail and Dynamicweb are entering a strategic partnership. The solution is offered in the Microsoft Azure cloud, on premises or as a hybrid cloud solution, depending on customer preferences.

LS Retail and Dynamicweb enter strategic partnership within e-commerce

True omni-channel solutions

The partnership will give LS Retail customers a two-way connector to Dynamicweb’s comprehensive e-commerce and marketing platform, making it easier, faster and more affordable for retailers to implement and deliver true omni-channel solutions.

LS Retail and Dynamicweb combined provide retailers with an omni-channel solution that unites offline operations and e-commerce. Dynamicweb will integrate to the LS Retail business logic enabling real-time communication between Microsoft Dynamics NAV, LS Nav and Dynamicweb - a solid foundation for delivering a true omni-channel e-commerce setup.

The partner ecosystems of LS Retail and Dynamicweb already partially overlap, so several partners already know how to implement both solutions. Dynamicweb can also boast a global partner network of more than 200 digital agencies and system integrators, who can help LS Retail customers reach their omni-channel ambitions.

Dynamicweb is known as a software company delivering turnkey solutions for Dynamics NAV and AX. The ambition with this new combined solution is to leverage this approach to speed up time-to-market and lower implementation cost and risk for LS Retail customers.

“Today’s consumers expect retailers to be on all channels, at all times. With Dynamicweb, retailers have a new way to fulfil their customers’ demands easily, without having to juggle multiple, disconnected systems,” says Magnus Norddahl, CEO and President at LS Retail.

“Retailers are looking for robust omni-channel solutions that are fast and easy to implement, so they don’t need to reinvent the wheel. LS Retail and Dynamicweb definitely share this vision. With this combined solution we aim to set new standards for omni-channel out-of-the box functionality”, says Christian Beer CEO of Dynamicweb.

The entire solution can be offered in the Microsoft Azure cloud, on premises or as a hybrid cloud solution, depending on user preferences.
