Challenge

Lofta Dakkapellen has been a Bluedesk customer for a long time and it became time to upgrade the Dynamicweb platform.

Dynamicweb as a solution

With this upgrade, Lofta Dakkapellen was given a number of new functionalities, security was tightened and management became easier.

In addition to the upgrade, the platform was made responsive and the design was updated. This was essential to connect with various contact moments in the customer journey. Because at Lofta, just like at Bluedesk, the customer is king.

The collected data from Lofta Dakkapellen has been used to apply various conversion optimization strokes. Bluedesk has made all important conversion points (quotation requests, brochure requests and appointments) measurable via Google Tag Manager. This data is forwarded to Google Analytics, where the results are displayed in a well-arranged dashboard.

Results

Lofta Dakkapellen now has a conversion-oriented corporate website, which meets all current standards and is suitable for e-marketing purposes.

To increase the number of conversions, Bluedesk is busy with various SEO activities to make Lofta Dakkapellen easier to find for the target group in Google. This work is necessary in view of the high competition in the dormer market. A number of keywords have been agreed with the corresponding objectives, so that targeted results can be worked towards.

The goal of 2016 was to reach the first page in Google with 65% of the agreed keywords at the end of the fourth quarter. In April 2016, more than 40% of the keywords were already on the first page in Google. In addition, the percentage of unique organic visitors (SEO) increased by 13.13% based on the period from 1 January - 31 March 2016 compared to the previous year.
