Fully integrated B2B/B2C webshop with PIM and Dynamics NAV in one solution.

Challenge


First of all, they wanted an overview of their product data. Before, Juul’s Vin og Spiritus had separate B2B and B2C webshops, which resulted in some time-consuming challenges:
o They spent a lot of time on the maintenance of their data
o They used a lot of manual resources to keep track of products
o They spent a lot of time on manually deliver data to their partners

Hence, Juul’s Vin og Spiritus needed an integrated e-commerce solution where they could combine their B2B and B2C webshops as well as streamline the processes of the maintenance and enrichment of product data.
At the same time, it required a user-friendly website which should present their products and services to both B2B and B2C customer.

Dynamicweb as a solution


In collaboration with their partner Co3, Juul’s Vin og Spiritus implemented a new Dynamicweb All-in-One solution that unites their B2B and B2C e-commerce in one webshop. With integration to Dynamics NAV and Dynamicweb PIM, they now have a fully integrated webshop, which replaces many manual workflows with automated workflows.

Juul’s Vin og Spiritus uses PIM to structure, enrich and transfer product data, while the integration with Dynamics NAV makes it possible to show individual prices to the individual customer. The new combined webshop offers easy navigation for both B2B and B2C users, and automatically personalized the content.

This solution is part of a new strategic approach to digitizing sales at Juul’s Vin og Spiritus. Co3 and Juul’s Vin og Spiritus have jointly formulated a digital strategy in several phases. The establishment of Dynamicweb PIM is the first step and creates the foundation for the other initiatives.

Results


Juul’s Vin og Spiritus expects to get a better overview of their product data and will save time in the maintenance and enrichment of their data. The new solution provides an easy and simple everyday life where they have everything combined in one platform.

The digital strategy provides Juul’s Vin og Spiritus with a roadmap for the further digitization of sales. The integration with Dynamicweb PIM and Dynamics NAV will generally ensure manageable product sections for customers, while at Juul’s Vin og Spiritus they experience a significant optimization in the daily workflows with savings of valuable resources, which can instead be allocated and utilized elsewhere in the company.

In addition, the digital user experience has been improved, as it becomes even easier for both new and existing B2B and B2C customers to obtain information about products, prices, etc. The improved b2b shop will save resources that can be reinvested in the development of sales to both existing and new customers.
