Tech Lead

As a Tech Lead at Dynamicweb North America, you will take the technical lead role leading the project together with the Project Manager and the Solution Architect ensuring scalable Ecommerce architectures and ERP integrations to clients by managing development, integration and deployment of projects from discovery conversations to successful launch. You will partner with the Project Manager and the Solution Architect with internal and external partners to create innovative and high-quality solutions that surpass client expectations.

Tech Lead

Responsibilities

·      Oversee, architect, and implement software solutions with our ASP.NET based CMS and Ecommerce platform
·      Gather and refine specifications, requirements, and estimates based on technical needs
·      Plan and guide integration together with our ERP Integration Team
·      Guide frontend functionality development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
·      Participate in sprint meetings with internal parties and stakeholders
·      Troubleshoot a wide range of blocking situations
·      Build and maintain knowledge of the Dynamicweb platform
·      Directing other developers
·      Strong presentation and Interpersonal skills needed for workshops and regular customer interactions

Experience and Skills

·      Strong interpersonal skills to guide customer requirements gathering sessions
·      Ability as a quick learner in a wide-ranging field
·      Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Bootstrap
·      Knowledge of Ecommerce sites and CMS systems
·      Experience with .NET and SQL Server experience is a plus
·      Experience with Dynamics AX, D365, NAV or CRM is a plus
·      Manages self and stays motivated and productive while working remote in the absence of direct supervision

Work Environment

·      Work is typically performed in employee’s home office
·      Travel throughout the US and possibly Europe - up to 20%
·      Strong collaboration with team through Slack, Skype, GoToMeeting, email, and occasionally in person
·      Service clients across North America with a network of international partners that span multiple time zones
