Integration Engineer (USA)

As an Integration Engineer at Dynamicweb North America, you will take the technical lead ensuring a scalable Ecommerce integration between Dynamicweb and the ERP (typically Dynamics D365, AX or NAV) while also assisting other 3rd party integrations like CRM/CE, shipping, payment and Experlogix CPQ. You will partner with the Project Manager, Integration Developer, Solutions Architect, developers, and other team members to create innovative and high quality solutions that surpass client expectations.

  • Implement integrations between ERP and our ASP.NET based CMS and Ecommerce platform
  • Translate client requests for functionality to reality
  • Gather and refine specifications, requirements, and estimates based on technical needs
  • Document and maintain customer project and environment configurations
  • Participate in sprint meetings with internal parties and stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot difficult or blocking situations
  • Mapping data from ERP to Ecommerce website
  • Build and maintain knowledge of the Dynamicweb platform and the Integration Framework

Experience and Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills to guide customer requirements gathering sessions
  • Ability as a quick learner in a wide-ranging field
  • Dynamics AX, NAV, CE, or D365 ERP developer or integration experience
  • Experience with SQL Server and debugging with SQL scripting
  • Knowledge of Ecommerce sites and the Ecommerce process
  • Optional X++, C/AL or C# developer experience.
  • Ability to pull energy from and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Manages self and stays motivated and productive while working remote in the absence of direct supervision

Work Environment

  • Work is typically performed in employee’s home office
  • Travel - up to 10% (obviously not during COVID)
  • Strong collaboration with our team through Slack, GoToMeeting, email, and occasionally in-person
  • Service clients across North America with a network of international partners that span multiple time zones
