Enterprise Sales Director (USA)

Dynamicweb is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to join our fast-growing organization. You will be responsible for the complete sales process from a Lead to a Win. You will work with direct leads or through a collaboration with partners bringing leads. You will also work with the marketing and sales department to understand our ideal customer profiles and build highly targeted campaigns.

You have strong execution skills and the ability to work strategically as well as tactically; with not only the lead, but with partners bringing the lead, and with our sales engineers and solution architects. Ideally, you have a good understanding of the eCommerce space and a passion for technology, but most importantly, you need to be laser focused on helping our customers succeed with their digital transformation.

Enterprise Sales Director (USA)

Responsibilities

  • Win deals! Throughout your day, you will juggle several qualified leads coming from direct sources or partners and plan and execute on relevant activities to drive the lead forward in the sales process toward a win. 

  • You will plan and manage calls and activities with your prospects to drive them forward and in this process work closely with our highly skilled US-based delivery team to further advance the prospect in the sales process. This includes value-mapping, discovery processes, stakeholder presentations and workshops. 

  • You will participate in tradeshows, events, and in-person prospect meetings and workshops.

Experience and Skills

  • 5 years of B2B tech consultative sales experience - preferably from the eCommerce or Mar-Tech industry but this is not a must.  
  • A bachelor’s degree. 

  • Proven experience working sales processes with multiple stakeholders, high complexity and over a longer period.    

  • Must be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written. 

  • Must be able to work independently in a complex and fast-paced environment, prioritize, and manage time effectively.  

  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Dynamics 365. 

  • Proven track record of successfully working from home.  

 

Work Environment

  • Your work will be performed out of your home office.   

  • Dynamicweb North America has offices in Los Angeles and Portugal, with remote staff located throughout the United States.  

  • Regular travel up to 20%. Evening, weekend, and extended hours as needed to participate in tradeshows and events.
